I really appreciate when reviews are based on someone’s actual order because it makes them way more useful. It’s frustrating, though, when people leave comments about things that didn’t really happen or that they didn’t personally experience. Honest feedback from real orders helps everyone make better decisions, and that’s what makes reviews worth reading...

"Same order somehow felt different every time"
I ordered from Amino Asylum a few times, and it ended up being way more stressful than I expected. It was supposed to be the same product each time, but every order looked a little different, and the labels or packaging kept changing around. That kind of thing just made me second-guess everything and I didn’t feel comfortable using it.
I reached out to customer service hoping they’d clear things up, but the replies were short and didn’t really answer my questions. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but for me it felt too random from one order to the next. I don’t want to deal with that kind of uncertainty, so I won’t be ordering again.

"Return policy feels designed to stop returns"
I tried to return it and the policy was so strict it felt like they were hoping I’d just give up. Maybe that’s the whole point, but either way it was frustrating and not customer-friendly at all.

"Reordering was more frustrating than I expected"
I tried to place a reorder because I figured it would be the easy option, but it ended up being a hassle. The order showed a charge, then seemed to get stuck without a clear update, which was really annoying.
As someone who usually chooses subscriptions and reorders because I like keeping things simple and organized, this was the opposite of what I expected. I don’t want to spend extra time chasing down something that’s supposed to save me time.
I reached out to support, but they didn’t really get it resolved in a way that felt helpful. I probably won’t use the subscription or reorder option again unless they make the process smoother.

"Wasn’t confident enough to place an order"
I looked around Amino Asylum for a bit, but I didn’t feel totally comfortable using it. The info about the brand felt limited, and I couldn’t really get a clear sense of who was behind the site. That also made me wonder a little about the quality of what they’re selling. Maybe other people have had a good experience, but for me there just wasn’t enough trust there to go through with an order.

"Couldn’t really find the testing info I needed"
I was looking through a few products and, i just couldn’t really find clear lab testing info or any recent COAs. For something like this, that’s kind of a big thing for me. I did email them to ask, but the reply I got was vague and didn’t really give me much more to go on. So, yeah, I just didn’t feel comfortable enough to place an order.

"Honestly, disappointed"
I really wanted to like this, but it just didn’t leave a good impression. The whole experience felt a bit off, and the tone of it came across in a way that made it hard for me to enjoy. Overall, I’m not happy with it.

I ordered this based on the info on the product page, but what showed up didn’t really match the description. A few details were unclear or seemed out of date, so I wasn’t sure what to believe. For something like this, the information really needs to be accurate. I tried a few promo codes when I was checking out, and none of them worked. At first I figured maybe I was doing something wrong, but no, it was just frustrating. I ended up paying full price anyway, which was disappointing.

"Tracking was all over the place"
My order did eventually arrive, so it wasn’t a total disaster or anything. But the tracking updates were kind of a mess. I kept checking, then second-guessing whether it had even moved, then waiting for a reply that didn’t really explain much. It’s one of those things where the product showing up is good, but the whole time before that felt way more confusing than it needed to. After paying, I just expected clearer updates.

"Leaked bottle and disappointing packaging"
I was frustrated when this arrived. It came in a thin mailer with almost no padding, so the box was crushed and one of the bottles had leaked a bit. It just didn’t feel like anything was properly sealed or protected, which made me question the overall care put into the order. For the price, I expected much better packaging. I don’t feel comfortable ordering this again.

"The labels are just too confusing"
The labels on these products were really hard to understand. I kept having to go back to the website just to figure out basic things, which got annoying fast. Some of the wording was confusing, and just not clear, not clear in the way it should be for something like this. Labels should be simple and easy to read. I wasn’t happy with it

I wasn’t too happy with this. The packaging looked fine, but the actual product felt cheap and weak, not really what I was expecting. What made it more annoying was all the aggressive reminders afterward, like they kept pushing for feedback or follow-ups way too much. I wouldn’t buy it again
